This information may be shared with a prospective insurance company in an effort to secure you an insurance product or service without your written authorization. Right to the InformationAs a prospective insured, have a right to access the information that is collected and to make any corrections to this personal information. In the event of an Adverse Underwriting DecisionIf you should receive a denial of coverage for an individual policy, you may request, in writing, within 90 business days from the post-mark date of the notice or other communication the reason for the denial. The insurance carrier shall respond to you within 21 business days from the date they receive your written request. Changes to Privacy PolicyOur Policy may change due to laws and regulations. We will provide you notification prior to any material changes should a change be necessary. |
