You always read marketing material from companies that say all their employees always get along and everybody is perfect. At Arnold & Associates, we’re the first to admit we’re not perfect and we’re skeptical of people who say they are.

In a small office like ours, life is rough when we don’t get along; so we try our best to always see the “big picture” even if there is a difference of opinion.  The important thing is that we work in an environment where expressing our opinion is welcome and expected. It helps that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. At the end of the day, we get the job done and walk out knowing the support of the team is always there.
